Outpatient Telehealth Clinician
Description
Provides individual outpatient services ( Individual Therapy, Couple Therapy, Family Therapy, Groups Therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Recovery Support Services ( RSS) and other programs ) in office and in the community and coordinates care with other providers and community-based agencies. Duties include assisting with audits, compliance monitoring quality assurance and carrying a case load.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE:
This position requires a Masters in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Education with a concentration in Counseling or Doctorate Degree. Must have over two years experience with adults, children and families or with mentally ill populations, urban youth and crisis management, including training in family therapy, children play therapy and Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Must be license eligible and preferred clinicians to have the following minimum qualifications & Education:
- Psychologists
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD, PsyD, EdD) from an accredited college or university and certification as a Health Service Provider (HSP) by the Board of Registration of Psychology in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW)
- Master’s degree or higher in social work from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)
- Master’s degree in mental health field (including, but not restricted to, counseling, family therapy, psychology, etc.) from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
- Master’s degree in mental health field (including, but not restricted to, counseling, family therapy, psychology, etc.) from an accredited college or university
- Candidates must be currently licensed or license eligible in the State of Massachusetts.
- Must be Culturally and Linguistically competent; bilingual a plus: Haitian Creole, Portuguese Creole, Spanish, Cantonese, Cambodian, or Vietnamese.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Must understand medical necessity and be able to diagnose and assess patients Participate in interdisciplinary and/or care review meetings for plan of care.
- Attend weekly supervision paraprofessional level staff to ensure best practice methods are implemented into treatment
- Weekly Meetings remote 2 twice a month and in office twice a month
- Must be able to complete assessment, treatment plan and progress note within accordance to policy that meets the professional standards and timeframe.
- Completes all documentation needed and develops clearly defined interventions and measurable goals and outcomes that are consistent in accordance to policy that meets the professional standards
- Provides Telehealth Services, Family, Individual, Group Therapy in the community and in office
- Has a caseload of 10 to 32 patients across programs
- Collaboration with care coordinator via collateral contact (via phone, attendance at IEP meetings, hospital discharge meetings, Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings for youth enrolled in ICC services) and/or other behavioral health service provider
- Coaching in support of decision-making in both crisis and non-crisis situations
- Utilize comprehensive, home-based behavioral health assessment inclusive of the CANS, with fidelity regarding process notes, treatment plans and assessments and discharge plan
- Coaching in support of decision-making in both crisis and non-crisis situations
- Will be trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and other treatment methods

- Must possess knowledge of child development; including physical, mental, emotional
- Must have Clinical and Psychiatric Expertise; must have Cultural and Linguistic Competence;
- Must be computer literate. Detail and organizational skills critical;
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills willing to work directly with patients and clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
SALARY & BENEFITS:
$40 to $55 Fee For Service per hour session with clients
- QSEHRA Health Reimbursement Plan, eligibility at 120 days of full-time employment (40 Hours)
- PTO – Accrual based, eligible upon hire; Able to use on 120th day of full-time (40 hours a week) employment
- 2 Personal Days
- 1 week (40 hours) of vacation
- 5 Sick Days
