Medical and Dental
Employees are eligible for health and dental insurance after hundred and twenty days (120) days of employment and must work a minimum of thirty-two (32 hours each weekly).
LAMOUR will contribute forty percent (40%) of the cost of a single plan and the employee will contribute sixty percent (60%). If a family plan is needed, the employee will pay an additional cost based on the difference between the cost of the family plan and the cost of the single plan.
LAMOUR wants to invest in its employees who seek to enhance their skillset based on their current role and their desire to grow with the company. Based on its mission to help them develop their potential, Employees may have the opportunity to receive an approved education stipend. The Education Stipend can be applied towards college courses at approved universities and other approved continuing education courses or degree programs.
Paid Time Off
To support employees achieve a work-life balance, LAMOUR provides its employees with flexible paid time off from work that can be used for such needs as vacation, personal or family illness, doctor appointments, school, volunteerism, and other activities of the employee’s choice.
