Our Hiring Procedure
Once you’ve identified an opportunity of interest in our Job Board, click Apply to begin the application process. You will be taken through a brief pre-screening form to make sure you fulfill the basic criteria to work at LAMOUR, after which you can continue with the application.
After you have submitted your application, and if you fulfill the required criteria for the position you have applied for, you will be contacted with further instructions.
If your application is accepted as per our required credentialing, you will be sent an email for further processing.
You will participate in an interview process that may include the following:
- Online Screening
- Human Resources Screening Credentials
- Phone screening
- Writing Test
- Personality Test
Candidates the meet criteria for our positions be will contacted for an interview. You will be notified by Human Resources to complete CORI, SORI background check, Drug Screening and References Check.
If you’re not selected, you will be informed via email.
Candidates that are made offers must pass pre-credentialing, which is part of complete CORI, SORI background check, Drug Screening and References Check.
If you’re not able to complete or pass the pre-credentialing, you will be informed via email.
Once you’ve accepted an offer, you will be contacted by Human Resources team member who will outline the on-boarding process.
