Applied Behavior Analysis Healthcare Instructor


The responsibilities of being Faculty and instructor, use a hybrid of online and in the classroom, direct in classroom instruction and advising students. This position is responsible for helping to prepare students to gain skills via an entire range of appropriate courses from beginning to advanced level skills. Faculty in a variety of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) healthcare Home Health and community-based support services. Students in these classes are prepared for direct clinical or field base practice of soft, hard, and advanced level skills. This level of theory and practice-based field education prepare adult students with the technical competencies, academic knowledge, and employable skills essential to the human services healthcare workforce. Advanced level Curriculum provides students with the ability to transfer to Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s degrees program outside of our program. These positions require quality assurance programming training and instruction method, Clinical Supervision, ABA Specification Compliance of procedures, and protocol Training and Development. Ensures that there are adequate training and supervision to maintain and sustain quality care in programs. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), In-Home Therapy, and Center other program Services.

Candidate must be currently licensed in either State of Massachusetts, North Carolina or Florida

  • Masters in Counseling Psychology, Social Work or Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eligible and obtained within 180 days after hire OR be Licensed by the Board of Massachusetts Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions as an Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
  • Must have two years or more working with children and families or with mental illness populations/individuals with disabilities and or Autistic / Asperger’s diagnosis of urban youth and crisis management. Candidates with experience willing and eligible to obtain LABA within 180 with additional coursework will be excepted.
  • Must be culturally and linguistically competent, bilingual is a plus; Haitian Creole, Portuguese Creole, Spanish, Cantonese, Cambodian or Vietnamese.


  • Provides Clinical and Administrate provides training and support to Master’s and paraprofessional level staff to ensure smooth delivery of services rendered
  • Creates and coordinates curriculum for the program for training for ABA program to recruit and train staff
  • Responsible for ABA training program curriculum and maintaining students in the program
  • Identifies potential precautions and ensure that it is well documented
  • Records their lessons with their preferred textbooks/teaching materials, and then we will upload the qualified class video to our application. The videos can be designed as either PowerPoint or a recording with a board
