LAMOUR Clinic and LAMOUR Community Health Institute were developed to provide an essential link between the community, the health care and human services system. Our staff are multicultural healthcare providers that speak and understand the cultural needs of the community. Our specialty is using a blend of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), integrated into our behavioral health program services that meet the needs of children, adolescents, families, and adults.

LOCATION:
Main office in Randolph offsite offices in Randolph and Braintree Massachusetts. Direct Care staff, based on the program they work in, are designated to regions, travel for work at patient homes, school and within the community would be required.
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides services via Telehealth to patients. Will be responsible for providing behavioral health services through Call Center Telehealth via Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Behavioral coaching, Recovery Coaching, Case mange Recovery Systems Navigator by providing coordination of care outreach and therapeutic support for behavioral health needs.

POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conducts over phone and face to face initial evaluation interviews; assess client’s presenting problems and formulate a diagnosis.
- Provide behavioral interventions using evidence-based practice (crisis intervention, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatment, motivational interviewing, or other treatments as appropriate)
- Provide high-quality clinical assessments with excellent customer service skills.
- Develop, implement and modify, as necessary, client treatment plans.
- Screens and triages patients who request services are referred or meet screening criteria for identifying patients’ needs.
- Identifies patient’s programs and treatment need fit into programs and streamline care into programs.
- Collateral contacts (phone and face-to-face) and collaboration with the care coordinator (for youth enrolled in ICC services) and/or other behavioral health service providers.
- Carry out case management services related to clients’ treatment.
- Maintain an active caseload, providing individual, group, family, marital, child, and adjunctive therapies as needed and within the area of expertise and limits of credentials; assure procurement of additional services as needed.
- Provide crisis management for clients, including on-call, and school consults; make recommendations for interventions as appropriate.
- Procedures regarding the provision of client care and documentation
- Maintain client and program records in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, grant requirements etc.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of child development and utilize age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate activities in treatment.
- Participate in continuing education activities, remaining knowledgeable in area(s) of expertise, and meet requirements for professional staff membership
- Attend meetings as appropriate and meet regularly with the supervisor to exchange pertinent information and receive supervision.
- Serve as a resource person to Center and community in the area(s) of expertise, including presenting classes, speaking engagements and agency consultation.
- Maintain a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, dual-relationships and professional stature.
- Ability to demonstrate competent use of EMR system(s)
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Completion of required CANS training and ongoing certification
- Timely completion of paperwork and reassessments within specified deadlines
- Perform the above-listed duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Collects data and maintains on each patient an assistant on quality assurance programming.
KEY SKILLS & BEHAVIOR:
- Advanced knowledge and skills in community-based mental health care.
- Demonstrate competence in the assessment and treatment of chemically dependent clients, including obtaining and interpreting information in terms of dependence.
- Must be culturally and linguistically competent
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate competence in assessment of and treatment planning for children, adolescents and families.
- Understanding and knowledge of the range of treatment needed and appropriate utilization of available treatment resources.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
- $28 – $47 Fee For Service per hour session with clients per hour depending on licensure and experience
- QSEHRA Health Reimbursement Plan, eligibility at 120 days of full-time employment (40 Hours)
- PTO – Accrual based, eligible upon hire; Able to use on 120th day of full-time (40 hours a week) employment

- *Must however be willing to work some late afternoons and evenings until 8:15pm, and some weekends.
