The Registration and Enrollment Coordinator is overseen by the financial coordinatorĀ  and Billing & Coding Coordinator. This position will require scheduling and confirmingĀ patient appointments using appropriate information systemsĀ and enter data into the system for billing and work follow. Will support obtaining authorizations and utilization authorization reports of systems, including eligibility electrically system, documentation for Patientā€™s enrollment. Will maintain calendars – facilitating schedulingĀ and monitoring all completed documentation, overseeing scanning/maintenance of electronic records system, and preparing and organizing record. In addition, will engage with other departments to coordinate services as needed, obtain documentation to meet compliance measures, and obtain and maintain authorization approvals for payment.Ā

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE:Ā 

  • Required to have a minimum 1+ years of work experience and bachelor’s degree in Social Work (preferred) or Public Health, Counseling, Psychology within SNAP verification of eligibility, Insurance verification of eligibility, Student verification of eligibility for enrollment.Ā 
  • Case manger over programs to coordinate careĀ 
  • Ā ActĀ  asĀ  Admin Supervisors oversees documentation for Patientā€™s enrollmentĀ 
  • Enrollment of patients into Clinic ProgramsĀ 
  • Enrollment of Students into Training ProgramsĀ 
  • Enrollment of participants for benefitsĀ 
  • Track approved insurance AuthorizationsĀ 
  • MinimumĀ 1+ years of recent, previous administrative support experience and customer service.Ā Ā 
  • This position is a sole contributor to provide customer service patient enrollment and tracking, obtaining and tracking authorizations, record auditing and support enrollment.Ā 
  • Must be Culturally and Linguistically competent, Bilingual a plus; Haitian Creole, Portuguese Creole, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, CambodianĀ Ā 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Maintain and tracks all Intake Registration and Admission DocumentationĀ 
  • Provide customer service to patientā€™s in Registration, enrollment, and AdmissionĀ 
  • Monitors, maintains, conduct BillingĀ  Coordinator for all programs and act as a administrative supervisor over programsĀ 
  • Obtain authorizations for billing and maintain authorizationsĀ 
  • Complete applications for criteria for verify eligibility for all programsĀ 
  • Properly track and follow up with staff documentation and productive for program billing and complianceĀ 
  • Distribute all finalized documentation to appropriate staff File documentsĀ 
  • Maintain accurate records of all completed billing documentation
  • Coordinate calendar and schedules including coordinate calendars for several managers PerformĀ 
    • account representative customer servicesĀ 
  • Enter all review results in appropriate data systemsĀ  for billing purposes
  • Document all review findings in the designated review database
  • Creating correspondences and communications required by the contract, including denial letters to providers and participatesĀ 
  • Handle the main telephone line for applications and enrollmentĀ 
  • Create reports reflecting the start and end date of services and keep track of applications and enrollmentĀ 
  • Data entry and organize computer-based information applications and enrollment
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Other duties as assigned by department manager
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines for the management of privacy and confidentiality

  • Must have strong writing and communication customer service

SALARY & BENEFITS:Ā 

  • $ 21 to $ 30 per hour depending on experience
  • QSEHRA Health Reimbursement Plan, eligibility at 90 days of full-time employment (32 Hours a week)
