Directly works and oversees operations Registration and Enrollment internal procedures and explanations of growing Strategic Initiatives for expanding public health clinic andĀ community-based programs and growth of Intake Registration Department Behavioral Health programs, SNAP programs, Educational Programs Student EnrollmentĀ and Call Center implementation of telehealth programs.Ā Oversee Intake Registration Department team, Educational Programs Student EnrollmentĀ and Call Center Services maintains,Ā and implements strategic initiatives by managing projects, assisting with developing funding resources connected to the Intake Registration Department, developing companyās compliance measures to report to funding resources, analyzing data and methods, developing procedures for data collection, assisting with developing policies, procedures, protocols to implementing strategic initiatives and analyzing benchmark key performance indicators for Intake Registration Department. Lead with implementing strategic initiatives and analyzing benchmark key performance indicators with the Quality Management Team.Ā Oversee compliance and quality assurance of programs assessment Ā Utilization Review,Ā training development, monitor and assign tasks that are aimed to develop the programs andĀ that adhere to all regulations related to the Joint Health Commission, Department of Public Health and the companyās internal procedures and strategic initiatives Intake Registration Department.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have a certification or a masterās degree in Psych nursing, social work, mental health counseling, business, Health Service Administration, Public Health, Macro Social work (including, but not restricted) MinimumĀ 4+ years of recent, previous Administrative support experience.Ā This position is a sole contributor to provide administrative support and implementation of programs for clinical coordination of care and telehealth services.
Must be license eligible and preferred clinicians to have the following minimum qualifications & Education:
- Psychologists
- Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D., PsyD, EdD) from an accredited college or university and certification as a Health Service Provider (HSP) by the Board of Registration of Psychology in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, North Carolina Psychology Board or Florida Board of Psychology
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW or LCSW)
- Masterās degree or higher in social work from an accredited college or university
Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)
- Masterās degree in the mental health field (including, but not restricted to, counseling, family therapy, psychology, etc.) from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
- Masterās degree in the mental health field (including, but not restricted to, counseling, family therapy, psychology, etc.) from an accredited college or university
Candidate must be currently licensed or license eligible in either State of Massachusetts
- Must be Culturally and Linguistically competent, bilingual a plus: Haitian Creole, Portuguese Creole, French, Spanish, Chinese or Vietnamese.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:Ā
Serve as a practice project manager to implement public health community-based programs and strategic initiatives. Ā Promote programs, implement communication with organizational leaders, including designing presentations, organizing stakeholder and management meetings, and presenting reports to the Chief Executive Officer & Board members
Implementing internal and external policies and procedures for new programming within the company for accreditation
Acts as the point of contact between the Chief Executives Director and internal/external personnel
- Responsible for Intake Registration and Educational Programs Student EnrollmentĀ team and daily operations of intake financial management of patient accounts within ERM and program implementation. Patient Accounts to oversee initial programs development andĀ productivity. Includes approval authorizations for treatment, clinical documentation, billing for coordinating care and program implementation ofĀ treatment. Trains clinical staff on completing documentation andĀ billing to patient accounts in accordance with companies policies. Oversee intake registration department data, policies, procedures and protocols for operational processes. Oversee appropriate training on documentation for public health community-based programs .Ā Overseeing all web-based applications regarding public health community-based programs.
- Responsible for Ā overseeing operational and administrative duties over Intake Registration staff, Educational Programs Student EnrollmentĀ including, timekeeping, scheduling shifts and approving time off within payroll system.
- Audits patient record and training direct care staff andĀ Educational Programs Student Enrollment
- Assist in building external stakeholders and partnerships for referrals
- Review and analysis reports on patient demographic and implements maintenance & quality improvement methods for Intake Registration Department and Educational Programs Student Enrollment.
- Act as the point of contact in public relations representative of the company to implement public health community-based programs andĀ Educational Programs Student Enrollment .
- Maintain daily tasks for Intake Registration Department staff , arrange meetings and training with direct care staff working in public health community-based programs.
- Oversee and assign tasks to develop program stakeholdersĀ for referrals
- Lead for identifying stakeholders internal and external, as well as development of strategic partnerships.
- Lead for monitoring implementation and improvement of public health community-based programs,Ā Educational Programs Student EnrollmentĀ and strategic initiatives.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Non-exempt/ Hourly: $26- $45 per hour
