JOB SUMMARY:
The Healthcare Administration Specialist directly works under the Program Director to create internal procedures and growing strategic initiatives for the school and over business.Ā This position develops, maintains and implements strategic initiatives by managing projects, assisting with developing funding resources, developing companyās compliance measures to report to funding resources, analyzing data and methods, developing procedures for data collection, assisting with developing policies, procedures, protocols to implementing strategic initiatives and analyzing benchmark key performance indicators. The Healthcare Administration Specialist implements strategic initiatives and analyzes benchmark key performance indicators with the Quality Management Team.Ā The position oversees compliance and quality assurance of programs, monitors and assigns tasks that are aimed to develop the programs,Ā and adheres to all regulations related to the Joint Health Commission, Department of Public Health and the companyās internal procedures and strategic initiatives.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:Ā
- Promote programs, implement communication with organizational leaders, including designing presentations, organizing stakeholder and management meetings, and presenting reports to the Program Director & Board members
- Implementing internal and external policies and procedures for new programming within the company for accreditation
- Acts as the point of contact between the Program Director and internal/external personnel
- Assist with finding, applying for and implementing grants, RFR, RFP, to fund specialty.Ā
- Review and analysis reports on student demographic information and implements maintenance & quality improvement methods for programs.Ā
- Act as the point of contact in public relation representative of School, as directed by Program Director
- Maintain daily task, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders to Program Director
- Lead for identifying stakeholder internal and external, as well as development of strategic partnerships.Ā
- Lead for monitoring implementation and improvement of training and educational programs, and strategic initiatives.Ā Ā Ā
- Lead for implementing internal and external policies and procedures.Ā
- Lead for maintaining data collection regarding student demographic and educational/training program information, including program efficacy and quality. Responsible for reporting to managers, governance board, and grant partners.Ā

SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Non-exempt/Hourly: $25-$31 an hour (approximately $52,000 to $65,000 annually)

- Must be willing to be on call weekdays and weekends over phone

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE:Ā
- Must have a certification or a masterās degree in business, Health Service Administration, Public Health, or Macro Social workĀ
- MinimumĀ 1+ years of recent, previous Administrative support experience.Ā Ā
- Must have at least 1 year of data collection experience.
- Must be Culturally and Linguistically competent
- Bilingual in these languages is a plus: Haitian Creole, Portuguese Creole, French, Spanish, Chinese or Vietnamese.Ā
