Finance Coordinator

Description


Responsible for general day to day financial administration of operational duties, admin for team and finance process. As the coordinator, there is a wide variety of general administrative duties necessary including day to day bookkeeping and coordinating with booking company and additional duties to directly Reporting to the Senior Controller and Accounts Receivables Analyst regarding all financial and accounting activities. Oversee all quick-books web-based application regarding accounts payable and receivable . Other responsibilities include authorizing disbursements, management, productivity improvements, participation in monitoring expenditures, monitor compliance with service program requirements through oversight of financial healthcare accounting management, performance review for companies benchmarks , funding reallocation, program and budget reviews, coordinate critical data requirements, data analysis, reporting protocols, and follow-up.

Qualifications


Master’s Degree preferred or Accounting or Finance, experience with Accounting and/or Finance and Healthcare Administration experience,

Minimum of 2 years of recent or previous Administrative support experience. At least two (2) years previous experience in health care field is preferred. CPA or CMA preferred.
